HELP???

I just bought this app, deserts and Mediterranean ... What happen is... I can not read the recipes they are on vertical position, and you can not see the complete page, if can rotate to horizontal position we are able to enjoy the book, dont forget I bought it is not a gift, please can you fix this imperfection., Thank You beforehand.
